The Bottom Line:
Do not buy it unless you have better technical service or buy a warranty service from 3rd party.
I bought Canon PIXMA MX860 office AIO-2.5IN LCD InkJet Printer about 3 months ago. I bought from Best buy. It works perfectly on the first 2 and 1/2 months. However, after I change the toner, everything changes.
I have one line across all of my print pages. I try to adjust the pages, but it is still there. I call the technical support, I waited for 1 hour and no one answer the phone.
I tried to leave a message, but there is no answering service. I sent an e-mail through company's website. It has been 3 days I have no reply.
I can not return the product now. It is over 90 days now. I do not know what to do. I try to ask Best Buy technician to help me, but they want me to go back to Canon. I asked Best Buy to refund the product, they told me it is over 30 days. There is no return. And they said that I did not purchase a warranty plan from them, so I can only work with Canon.
I can not believe what I heared. I have spent over $200 and it can not work right now. The only thing I can do now is waiting for Canon's technian send a reply e-mail back to me. It has been 3 days, and there is no reply.
If you know what I can do, please feel free to let me know. Any suggestion will be helpful, but I do not like the service from Canon and Best Buy.
