The Bottom Line:
the lexus of 35mm cameras
This is the standard by which all other cameras are graded. Without a doubt the most waterproof dust proof design ever.
fast frames per second with optional booster.
A solid feel due to the titanium understaructure covered by polomer plastic and rubber grip material. One of the toughest cameras ever.
I have dropped mine from atop a ladder and the only damage was to the lens not the camera. It was also submerged under a creek for over 1 min as it went overboard in shallow water I saw it on the bottom and cried thinking i lost my camera. I reached down got it out and dryed it out for several days due to fear. It worked flawlessly and still is in my posession working to this day. Once again the lens was toast but the camera takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
A true professional camera for sports nature and wedding photographers.
easy to use very few buttons to learn
ability to link to computer to download shutter apeture roll number etcetc
the lexus of 35mm cameras.
some of the best auto exposures ever.
the metering on this camera is top notch and probably a better guess than most people would ever be making the casual user that sets everything to auto happy since more of the difficult exposure pictures turn out .
