A great camera for the beginner who wants to be a "little" serious about photography and great for the "already" serious photographer!! It appeals to all!
This camera is awesome! This is my first SLR camera ever and I am really enjoying myself. I like this camera because I can grow into it and not worry about replacing it for a long time, if ever. There is enough here to keep me busy. I like that it isn't a simple camera, but it isn't an impossible camera to operate. Get the Magic Lantern Guide for the Elan7/7E for additional resources on operating the system. I have a 28-105 USM lens and it works great too. I like that this camera looks good and feels great (especially with the battery pack, BP-300). The price is reasonable for this type of camera! Too many accessories that you can buy for it :)
