Good choice for the low-end
Pros
Good video quality, average weight when compared with digital, more modern cameras.
Cons
Noticeable interlacing when video is downloaded to a computer.

I received this used camcorder from my sister, I shot indoors and outdoors video with no problems. I had no image problems.
Original battery better replaced by standard, commercial ones.
I recommend it for beginners, amateur filmmakers, and low-end video editors.
