Pros
We've had it for a year and never had any paper jams.
Cons
It is a bit noisy so keep the output door open.

We purchased when we bought Mac computer. It works great as scanner, printer and copier. The quality is great for picture copying. It is easy to use- very straightforward. It is a bit noisier than our past printer especially when the output door opens so we leave the door open all the time.
