Great for non professional photographers

Yes
It's a very good camera with large mega pixels and it's a cheap buy. It has many preset features in the 'best shot' mode for non-professional photographers to take quality pictures. The total zoom is 12x but the digital zoom is not too good; often blurry. The bundle doesn't come with all the accessories you need, but you can work with the built in memory, even without memory card. The flash is only moderately strong, overall it was a good buy.
