The Bottom Line:
If you are looking for high quality sound for a good price the Clarion DXZ615 is the answer. Great looking, ample power for any type of system, and inexpensive.
This detachable face, head unit from Clarion's features a 3-band equalizer with BEQ selector to fine-tune your vehicle's sound. This comes with many good features including CD Text (from compatible CDs), disc titles, and station titles - in a large, easy to read screen. All these features are easy to use if you glance over the manual. The DXZ615 combines 3 sets of 4-volt preamp outputs with non fading sub-woofer level control, multi-changer capability, and CeNet TV Tuner/EQ/DSP/Crossover control is great for any type of system you may have. It also has 50W x 4 peak power to power all types of speakers, and comes with a wireless remote. All these features for under $250.00.
The only negative thing I can say about this head unit is the multi-color dot-matrix display is a little hard to read in the day time.
To sum it up, this head unit has ample power for all types of sound systems, great sound quality, and is very inexpensive. I would recommend any of Clarion's products. I have owned about 6 different Clarion products, and all of them have lived up to all the things I said about this unit.
