Poor Quality and Lots of Software Issues
While the technology behind the Clearplay DVD players is ingenious and very useful in my opinion, the use of cheap players and a very poorly developed interface may lead some people to a lot of frustration.

Clearplay Customer Service Sucks.
The Clearplay DVD player itself is nice. However, I've been VERY disappointed with its customer service. Good ideas, Bad performance
We signed up for a 2 year membership back in 2007 that included a brand new player. We've used it maybe 5 times in 18 months. The first DVD player they sent quit in less than 6 months. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
DVD player for the most part sucks. While filtering is good as often as not it takes several attempts to even get the player to recognize the filters are there.
