The Bottom Line:
If your looking for a great detector for less then $100(which is VERY tough to come by, THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!
All I have to say about this is SWEET RADAR! I recently had a whistler, and after passing 3 cops within 10 minutes with no signal, I took it back. I heard that Cobra's were the smack, so I decided to try one. I Got this, and within 2 minutes of pulling out on the road, I had a K band warning, and a WHOLE minute later, I passed a sheriff that was behind about 5 cars (coming my way!), and coming home tonight, I got one local cop with Ka, and another with VG-2. Disply is nice and bright and when you don't have any music on, it is very loud.
Only downside is that is is not near loud enough if you have an amp in your car, and for some odd reason, when I put city mode, I get no audio, only display signs. It's kinda light having another mute button.
Out of all the bads though, I still don't think less at ALL on my Cobra. I have yet to test the Laser Eye, but I have no doubt it'll work great.
