I purchased one for my wife and one for myself. We purchased the radar detectors a very long time ago and they worked great. The detector was state of the art when they rolled out. Unfortunately the speaker inside is worthless and about 6 months after purchasing no more sound. We put these away in a box down the basement planning to look for a way to get them fixed. Well years later I just found them and decided to go on-line and see if anyone had any advice on getting them fixed. Or would it be better to forget about it and get new radar detectors? Cobra ESD-9220WX
