Hard to push the talk button without changing the channel.
Pros
Range is actually beyond 2 miles in many cases.
Cons
It's hard to push the talk button without changing the channel.
Recommended it?
No
The Bottom Line:
OK for adults in warm weather when gloves are not needed.
I have some FRS 105 walkie talkies, which are OK for the money (I got them on sale for $35). But, the location of the talk button and the button to change the channel is a poor design. They're on opposite sides of the radio, so it's hard to push the talk button without changing the channel. Little kids have trouble with it. Adults have trouble if they have gloves on. Just wanted to let you know so you can design the next ones better!
When I tried to submit this I got a message saying "The following field contains too few words." What do I have to do, write a book? I'll just repeat the above:
