This device has a very solid sturdy body. Tastefully designed, not cheesy like the high priced competitors. Check around, I bought a well made soft case at shipdog.com for $20 bucks. I found this once was $1200 unit on Clearance at Best Buy for $599 in May. I bought this unit for a complete steal! I am very satisfied. -no beanbag required.
