Better than expected
I spent a lot of time investigating possible G P S systems. I don't care for the ones with tiny screens and complicated systems to input the maps.

I think that that Nav One 3000 is a sleeper in the world of automobile GPS....It's a great unit for a reasonable price. Cobra 300 - Large Screen compared to most
This device has a very solid sturdy body. Tastefully designed, not cheesy like the high priced competitors. Check around, I bought a well made soft case at shipdog.com for $20 bucks. cobra gps m-3000 worth the money
we purchased this unit not knowing anything about gps units. i found the price was a little high but got a $300.00 instant rebate from staples plus a $50.00 mail in rebate so made up for the difference.
voice prompt and map i find easy to use.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR COST
I have a Magellan 700 and this unit .
The Magellan 700 is by far a better unit than this is. If this unit was $500.00 then maybe I would keep this unit and live with the cons of it. Other than that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
