I purchased a Coby DVD Recorder/Player at Thanksgiving for a gift. Upon opening it at Christmas it didn't work right out of the box. As it was over 30 days store I bought it at wouldn't take it back so that left dealing with Coby. They took it back under warranty but I had to pay shipping there and back. 1 1/2 months later still no player and when I called all an incompetent staffer could tell me that they got it and that some day it would get shipped out. He assumes they are fixing the purchased one for me. I will stay away from this crew in the future.
