I bought this DVD player for $49.95 in Fry's for a family friend who lives in India due to this players ability to plug into any power socket (110 to 240 V A/C) in the world. I am really glad that I did!!! It has 5.1 decoding, excellent picture and sound!!!
ZOOM to 1/2 or 1/4 of the original picture size is the unique feature of this player. This feature is not available in any other player that I know. This feature really helps to improve the picture resolution when you watch poor quality foreign VCDs (VCD 2.0 MPEG 1).
This has many of the features that you need !!
Excellent Choice. When you buy look for firmware 4.2 isntead of 4.1!!! It is on the side of the box! I think 4.2 costs $10 more but it is worth it!!
