I received this as a Christmas gift and it worked well for a few months though I only watch 1-2 movies a month. In April it started to freeze. I contacted the company they told me if I sent a money order for $31.00 with the faulty DVD Player they would fix it and that would pay for shipping as well. Yeah I will get right on that LOL.
