A great cheap mp3 CD player

Line out, Comes with headphones, ac adaptor, charges batteries

no belt clip, hard on batteries

Yes
Generally a good player with many features. Battery life is limited, especially when set to random. Idle current 120 milliamps, peak current over 300 milliamps when the CD is spinning and the read head is searching.
