Good value for the money. Great features. Clear viewfinder. Very nice prints.
Pros
Great value and good photos. Can use 200,400,800 film. Macro produces good pics.
Cons
No lens cover. Prints with 200 a bit too dark. 400 produced very good prints.

The Bottom Line:
I recommend the 2100C for great value. It has features you don't normally see on cheaper cameras and they all worked fine. Use 400 ISO, gives very good prints.
I took a chance on this buying this camera untested, a few days before leaving for a trip to the UK last year, as my previous one suddenly decided not to work properly. (in case the Concord didn't do well when overseas,I took a backup older camera. The instructions are on just one big sheet and is not as explanatory as it could be, but good enough. Make sure to always have it in camera bag. I took about 8 films in the UK, mostly scenery and friends.I had my first film developed there to make sure it was OK, and it was fine. One thing -I would strongly recommend that you use only 400 ISO film. A 200 film was OK, but a little too dark. Camera takes 800 ISO, but I didn't try it. I took a couple of macro shots when in the UK and glad I did,as the subject I was taking which was printed letters on a monument would not have been readable even with the zoom. The zoom works well and very handy. The viewfinder is very clear for close up and distance, which is something I personally look for in any camera, or I won't buy it. The camera body is well made. One thing though. The camera should have had a lens cover on front of camera as there is no protection against scratches. A camera bag is needed and be careful taking the camera out and in the bag. But all in all, the camera has every feature you could need or want for a point and shoot 35mm. Easy to learn features. I had fun with it when overseas. Oh, and the self timer works fine too. This is an older camera now, and there is less interest in 35 mm cameras now since digital, but if you can find it, its a bargain for point and choose easiness when at home or on holiday.
