Creative Technology Sound Blaster Audigy MP3

I have an HP 763n computer running XP. The hardware installation of the Audigy was a breeze. I was alittle worried about the software co-existing with XP but the sound cards software went in flawlessly. The only thing is there is allot of "extra" software included that I found unnecessary but was able to choose not to install all of it. Now onto the sound from the sound card...100% totally satisfied.It's incredible. I have an Altec-Lansing 6-speaker system and what this card did for them is totally amazing. I listen to allot of different styles of music and the sound is truly incredible. I also am a serious gamer and the sounds on some of the games this card deciphers...wild, even spooky...lol. The card has special features for games and only a few of my games I currently own can take advantage of these features. But I will look for games from now on that can take advantage of what this sound card can do. This is the second Creative card I've bought over the years and will in the future trust them again when I want high quality sound.
