Best buy for the money in its class

great pictures, nice sound, good customer service, inexpensive.

You cant plug into the computer to recharge. you have to plug into an outlet.

I bought this product after searching high and low for a 20GB MP3 player. This product has exceeded my expectations. When i had a problem with it freezing up i wrote the company and they called me and walked me thru resetting it (turns out you just have to press a little reset button on the bottom of the unit) and it didnt erase anything. I keep pictures and tons of music on it. I liked it so much that i got my wife one for Christmas. I recommend this over an ipod it does the exact same thing for half the price.
