Creative Technology Zen Sleek Photo White (20 GB) MP3 Player

Have product for 2 years. All of a sudden it froze and I wasn't able to do anything including reset. I went onto the site and found that they have this mp3 recovery program but it does not support this particular player. I then tried to redownload the firmware and there was none. I emailed creative and received an email back telling me I could do what I already did (that didn't work), pay for support $12.99 for 30 minutes, send it in to be repaired (at an undisclosed cost) or look on their site to purchase another player. This player was not abused in any way and I am disappointed that after only 2 years it just died. In fact I liked it so much I purchased another one a year later. In hindsight, that was a mistake. I have a Dell dj for over 4 years, with much more frequent usage, without a single problem. Rather than waste my time and money paying for support that may or may not work I will be purchasing a new mp3 player from another company with a better support policy.
