GOOD AND BAD

100% Satisfaction
First, the complaints about touch sensitivity are not valid. You can adjust it to your liking. Personally, I've left mine on Medium for the 1 1/2 years I've had it. I have an ipod as well and i am impressed with not only the price of this mp3 player but the functions and quality as well. Lousy support, very unhappy
Have product for 2 years. All of a sudden it froze and I wasn't able to do anything including reset. Best buy for the money in its class
I bought this product after searching high and low for a 20GB MP3 player. This product has exceeded my expectations. Rude customer service - Cheap products
I got a new player. The power connector (at the base of the player) got stuck with the player because of over heating (I had connected it for exactly about half an hour to charge it). Stay Away. Product doesn't work and support is horrible.
I got a Zen Photo and it took me 45 minutes to just set the time. The controls had a mind of their own. The middle touch bar was much too sensitive, allowing me no control over the menu.
