Creative Technology Zen Sleek Photo White (20 GB) MP3 Player

I got a Zen Photo and it took me 45 minutes to just set the time. The controls had a mind of their own. The middle touch bar was much too sensitive, allowing me no control over the menu. I called Creative and they walked me through trouble shooting, only to conclude that the item was faulty. They said that I had to pay for shipping it back to them. Tom Bradley, the Creative team specialist, said that if I didn't insure it I may not get my money back. I said, but you sent me a faulty Zen. His reply "but you still have to pay for UPS or FEDEX shipping fully insured". When I finally got my RMA it said "reason for return : too difficult to use". After two hours with their support team, with the conclusion that my Zen was faulty, they now deemed the problem was due to my inability to figure it out (it's very simple if it worked properly). I will stick to Ipods. This lapse of judgment (buying a Creative Product) cost me hours in frustration, as well as $12.00 to ship the package insured.

Bottom line: Stay away from all Creative Zen products.
