32mb and Ruins your Smartmedia--Sounds like a deal!!
Pros
Very Small. Memory is expandable. USB connection to computer.
Cons
Reformats Smartmedia making it unreadable to other devices. Low included memory.
Recommended it?
No
The Bottom Line:
Inexpensive player. Great for the beginner in MP3 audio or if you don't have a lot of songs. A little confusing to use.
The DMP-110 by DLINK is an older DLINK MP3 player that you can get for incredibly cheap right now. I got mine for $30 after rebate!!!

My experience:
The player has some annoying features. For one, when you put a song on the player, it doesn't just drag the song over. It records it in a new format. This means that the player without additional memory can hold 6-10 songs or around a half an hour. The earbud earphones are also extremely cheap and fall apart.
The player has NO ID3 tag support. This means that when you change songs, it will not show you the title or artist. Contrary to what Epinions.com wrote, this player does have voice recording. The DMP-110 also can't skip to a certain part of a song, there is no "fast forward". The unit has one USB slot, no external power supply, and one expansion slot for SmartMedia memory. This memory runs at about 25 dollars for 32 mb and 40 for 64mb. The player is expandable to 96mb.
I strongly recommend this player if you are a beginning user, and don't need a lot of features. If you can find it cheap like I did then it is a real steal. The lack of backlighting and ID3 is sad though. The player is very durable and won't skip. You must install special software on your computer in order to transfer MP3s and the transfer process itself is pretty slow. The firmware is not upgradeable. The player also has EQ settings. You can set the song tone to Rock, Pop, Classical or Jazz. This will change the beat of the music a little. Sound quality is average.
I hope this review has helped you. Please leave comments, I love getting them and will read every one. Thanks for reading.
