I know many people aren't happy with this product but it does perform, it plays all DVD's, Photo CDs etc. Because it offers MultiRegion and more, you really have to consider what things this player can do that many others cannot. Videohelp.com also will give you more reason to buy this unit. HSN offers this for under $40 Not a bad
company either. They will replace unit with no questions ask. Well worth the small investment.
