Handles every format I throw at it
Pros
Very flexible, multi-format, easy-to-use remote, nice slim design
Cons
Doesn't recognize new MKV compessed movie wrapper, a tad slow to boot

Yes
This unit, which we bought from Avayon refurbished, was recommended by a friend and we have not been disappointed. It handled almost every video format I have tried (including compressed AVIs with both AC3 and MP3 sound streams, for example) as well as separate subtitle files, and does it completely without complaint. It has been utterly reliable and when we upgrade, down the road, we intend to get another Avayon.
