The Good:
I purchased this product through Dell ($99 + accessories= 160). I thought it was a great price and I loved its size. When it worked, it would last for a 2-3 days. It was easy to use and worked well with audio books. Customer service is very helpful.
The Bad:
After recharging it for 2.5 hours as stated in the manual, it would last for 2-3 days before recharging again. However, leave it overnight and the full charge is gone by the next day. Also, it tended to freeze often (first day I got it). I had to use a dull pin to reset it often. Finally, it broke down and I was told by Dell Representatives that the battery was faulty. It was replaced with another ditty that I thought was new (refurbished!) The second one only lasted one week before dying on me. I sent the ditty and all accessories back to Dell and they assured me a full refund (currently waiting).
Final words:
Don't look here. Buy another brand of MP3 player.
