I too was very pleased with my Dell computer experience so I assumed the DJ Ditty would be just as great. I purchased three of them for my daughter's for Xmas, and it was nothing but a headache. They wouldn't stay charged, they were always freezing up, and the display was never lit. I'm not the best with electronics etc so at first I thought it was me, but we soon realized it was the Ditty. This was a total and complete failure.....Dell's claim to fame is it's computers as well as other electronics, they should stick to that.
