We purchased two of these for our daughters for Christmas based on the fact that we were happy with Dell computers in the past. The price was reasonable and the features seemed better than other MP3 players of comparable pricing. We have had nothing but problems with these two MP3 players since our purchase date. They are not charging well, they don't hold the charge well, and one of them is expanding from the inside pushing the cover off. Warranty is only 90 days.
