Dell 1600n All-In-One Laser Printer

scanning extremely slow. printing works okay. faxing worked okay for 2 years now cannot figure out why it won't receive faxes. have to buy toner direct from dell--can't buy from your local store. dell customer support was hostile (partly my fault), unable to figure out what went wrong with my toner order (which for some reason did not completely go through to them--although i thought it did). now i have to explain to my boss that we need a new fax machine and he already wants to kill me. thanks dell.

next time i'll buy a brother multifunction, not a dell.
