Reception Falls Out Constantly

I've used this in all kinds of outside environments, and it is always hard to get satellite reception.
I've experimented and tried all methods to improve reception. Nothing works (unless you consider staying still or angled to a certain point in the horizon as "works".)
The maker says make sure the unit is pointed to the south. This doesn't always help. Most reviews in other boards will tell you the same thing. The poor satellite reception actually makes this item un-usable for outside use, or when surrounded by buildings.
And the antenna that you snap on your body doesn't help at all.
Avoid this product at all costs....especially since the cost is very high.
Use it for in home listening only - with in home antenna only. NOT FOR PORTABLE USE
