The Bottom Line:
For this price sound is adequate, and system looks very sharp.
I wanted to buy a nice looking unit with a good sound and below $1000. Since this system is for my wife to play mostly classical music CDs I didn't care about DVD and surround sound. My only request was that system could play MP3 files. Because of that requirement I did not have too many choices. I thought about Nakamichi Sound Space series ? but it can not play MP3, Bose was too expensive.
I have system in our living room. Sound is pretty good and unit has a lot of features. Setting up system was a snap.
