This compact disc player is amazing. I bought it about 3 months ago and have never even thought of buying a new one to replace it.
It features an ALPHA processor. This means that this cd player produces waveforms as smooth as those from analog source to give the output sound an extremely supple, great sound quality.
It also has a Real 20-bit 4-DAC advanced super linear converter. It divides the digital data into two streams to eliminate zero-cross distortion in a powerful 4-DAC configuration.
it has a new loading mechanism for suppresion of vibrations. The cd pickup mechanism is at the center of the DCD-1650AR where it has structual stability, the newly-developed mechanism unit uses a guide and tray painted with a protein material that is highly resistant to vibrations in order to prevent unwanted vibrations to the tray.
This compact disc player offers also a coaxial and an optical output connector for the digital signal. Some other features are auto edit, programmable playback of up to 20 selections, random play, fade-in and fade-out at any point, display dimmer permits that control the display brightness and an exquisite aluminum front panel.
