My Denon 380 was a disappointment
I am very frustrated with the reliability of the Denon. The player was purchased in 2004, yet I have now been told by a reputable shop that the Denon's laser and other parts would have to be replaced. Very Dissapointing
Broke after 2 years of light service. Denon would not repair.
Problem:
Loads CD's now but disc just spins without being able to play a track.
Useless! Expect more from a $349.00. player. Shame on Denon!

Denon 5-disc cd changer sucks!
The DCM-380, that was my replacement for my previous Denon cd changer, just started to "eat" my cd's. The old one was brought in to the store I bought it at four times for software malfunctions. Will Not Work for Me Either
At first when I got this unit it did not work at all. It did not recognize any of my CDs. Then the next day it did recognize about 1/3rd of my CDs. I sent it back to the seller. Will not read a third of my CDs
At first I thought I had a damaged unit, sent it back and got another and same problem, fully a third of the CDs that I put in just can't be read. And these CDs CAN be read on a $40 walkman. Great Sound
I bought this as a Denon Reman @ Dakmart/Ebay for $120.00.

Denon's Warranty is Lethal
This product is mediocre. It has good features and the quality one expects from Denon. But the functionality is poor.
