Will Not Work for Me Either

At first when I got this unit it did not work at all. It did not recognize any of my CDs. Then the next day it did recognize about 1/3rd of my CDs. I sent it back to the seller. He tested it with one of the CDs that never worked and it worked fine for him. He sent the unit back to me. It worked fine for me for one day. Then two days later when i tried the unit again it failed to read any of my CDs. I then made sure these these CDs played fine in my old RCA 5 disc player and in my Toshiba DVD player and they did. This Denon DCM-380 unit has major problems and it's truely a shame because the few CDs I was able to play including an HDCD from Reference Recordings, it showed truly wonderful sound and regular CDs sounded better than on a regular CD player.
