The Bottom Line:
Awesome turntable, have never found one with more features or one as stable at this price.
I bought this turntable about a year ago and was amazed by its performance. It's feature packed with stuff you won't find with other pro turntables like key adjust and a coaxial digital output. I used this table with my home entertainment system which was a breeze since it has a built-in RIAA Preamp. (another feature you won't easily find with other turntables) What I liked most about this turntable is the fact that it does not use a ground when connecting the RCA jacks. The built-in phono preamp (my Sony STR-DE445 does not have a phono input) I've used turntables with separate preamps and I have to turn up the volume almost all the way to get a "normal" volume. Another feature I liked was the 3 speed direct drive motor. I have some old 78's from the early 1900's and I was able to hear for the first time what they really sounded like...possibly better. Also, there are 3 brake speeds and the start up torque is incredible. The only downside I see is the Key adjust tends to make an echo sound during drum beats. Other than that, I was amazed with the way it maintained vocals even at + or -12 pitch range.
