Denon DVD-1920 DVD Player

I've had this player for over a year now and felt obligated to review it's excellent performance. I bought it because it's rare combination of SuperAudio CD playback capability and 720p HDMI output. I feel like the previous review is a bit unfair but I do not know how much he/she paid. Price/performance ratio on this unit is greatly in favor of the consumer. As with all of my other Denon components, I have not had any problems with this unit (knock on wood). Excellent audio via it's Burr-Brown 192khz 24 bit digital to analog converters. Amazing video thanks to one of the best upconversion deinterlacers out there from Faroudja. The outstanding video quality from Faroudja's DCDi technology was notable enough to win an Emmy from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. There may be better players out there but none this good in the $350 price range.
