Pros haven't found any yet because it doesn't work

Cons doesn't work without update

Recommended it? No

It doesn't work out of the box with Windows XP w/ SP2. After purchase, you have to wait two weeks for an update in the mail (total B.S. for a software company). Steep learning curve, even for a computer expert and a sound engineer. I can't say enough bad things about it.
