The CardDeluxe is an amazing PCI sound card targeted at those who want very high quality audio without breaking the bank. This card allows me to record onto my Windows XP machine into several different recording programs. The audio transfer is amazing. I'm not going to quote the specs, you can find them on their website www.digitalaudio.com .
If you need more than 2 analog inputs, you can connect multiple CardDeluxes together with a special cable. The cards share the same clock and DO NOT have delay between channels.
The other great thing about this card is the digital input and output. I am able to watch DVD's in surround through my home theatre with the quality of the CardDeluxe by running out of the cards digital output to my receiver. Sound doesn't get any better than this.
