Directed Electronics Sportster Replay Sirius Receiver

This seems like a great radio, but there is a significant flaw in that the user manual claims you can keep the antenna inside near a window for home use but tech support says you "must" keep the antenna outside. That won't work in climates where doors and windows need to be closed, and I certainly could not get it to work at home following the instructions in the manual. So the product is probably great for all other applications, but it is not going to work in many homes. Tech support was very rude and unprofessional about it, and I can't stand Howard Stern, so I returned the Sportster, cancelled Sirius, and I am switching to XM. Nice-looking radio although the screens and user interface are fairly primitive.
