Disney D7500PDD 7 in. Portable DVD Player

We had a Polaroid portable DVD player that we loved but it didn't easily attach to the back of seat and only had one screen...So, we saw this one at Target and thought it would be great for our two girls. WE Loved the fact it had 2 screens that easily attached to the back of our seats, that they came together to make its own case and that it was Disney brand (figuring it would be quality WRONG) First when we opened the package we saw that the cool interchangeable pictures were just cheap cardboard held in by flimsy plastic, then we realized there is NO Battery so you always have to plug it in, then the two screen connect together simply by magnet and therefore does not hold together very tightly, the screens aren't very big BUT THE WORST PART - We took these on vacation with us and they worked good on the way down but when we took the car cord out of the outlet the top pulled right off - the fuse flying out...when we looked at it we saw that it had just a glue holding the two pieces together and it was cheap plastic so we couldn't fix it - luckily we found a Wal-Mart but had to pay $20 for a new cord so we could use it for the ride home...I JUST REALLY EXPECTED BETTER QUALITY FROM A DISNEY PRODUCT - very disappointed!! I'm going to be contacting the company to see complain as well. ANYWAYS, I WOULD SUGGEST TRYING A DIFFERENT PRODUCT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY.

UPDATE: Tried calling company and have received a complete run around as different parts of the Player are manufactured by different companies - can't get a straight answer of who to complain to.
