Very disappointing face plate

The faceplate offers 2 sets of 10 FM pre-sets.
Cons
Face plate burns out quickly!

Within weeks of purchase, the faceplate burnt out.
Best Buy would not replace the faceplate, though I finally was able to replace the faceplate. But now -- just three months later -- the faceplate has burnt out again.
I cannot see the time, track, station, etc. It is a pain!
After contacting Dual, they have offered to replace the faceplate if I send it in with the original sales receipt.
On the upside: It has two different sets of 10 pre-sets for FM radio stations. It also can read mp3s and may even identify the artist/title of the song.
Overall, it is easy to operate and has a lot of options without overwhelming a driver. However, because of the tendency for this CD player to overheat and/or burn out, I recommend shopping around for other brands.
