Skips like crazy, even whole tracks. It's a piece of junk!
This thing is a piece of junk! Don't even bother wasting your time with it. I bought one after falling for the trick of it being half the price of other MP3/CD car stereos. It turns out this should have been the very reason to avoid it all together.

The price is right
I bought this unit for my wife's 84 Buick at 92 dollars out the door at Wal-Mart. I didn't read the reviews here until it was wrapped and under the tree, had I done so I would not have bought it. More than I excepted at this price
I was unable to make this deck skip. I even tried to make it skip. I have friends with other car mp3 players from Boss to Empeg and even PC's in their cars and trucks. Totally worthless
I bought this because it was cheap for a CD/MP3 player. After installing it it seemed to die 3 days later. I disconnected the unit and reconnected it. It worked again. 3 days later, same scenario. I then decided to return the unit. Read full review »
I like it!
Sure, you have to open the face plate to insert a CD, but I love the fact that it plays MP3 CDs, and unlike other reviews, I haven't had problems with skipping, unless my CD was scratched all to heck.
