eMachines etower 366c PC Desktop

I bought an eMachine 6 months ago. I am now waiting for my fourth replacement computer. When I had sent my first one back, they had guaranteed me a new computer, but they only send back "used, refurbished" ones. My third replacement arrived yesterday. They sent me a computer with a crashed hard drive. I have tried for 6 months to talk to someone in charge of that company to find out why I have to put up with this and they will not give out any names of anyone with responsibility for their product. Corporate Headquarters ignores my mail and Customer Relations will not sign a name to any letters. I have e-mailed and called on the phone. They even will tell you that they don't know who runs the company! The people I talk to will even say that they don't know who their own bosses are. There is something seriously wrong with this outfit. I honestly think that they have a loading dock full of unopened, returned, broken down computers and they just switch mailing labels and send the computers off to the unhappy customers, until we are so sick of it, that we have to buy new computers from reputable companies. How many times would an honest company send a customer a broken down computer? Believe me, the people in charge (whoever that may be) do not care for a second about the customer or customer relations. Run the other way if you see a deal on an eMachine.
