When I first bought by Zenith I was extremely happy with everything about it, but that has all changed in 11 months. Since my purchase I have got a blue line burned into the bottom of the screen about 2 inches high. Even though the TV was under warranty I have had a terrible time trying to get the TV fixed. Zenith is owned by LG, and so repairs are done through LG service, and to be honest dealing with LG has been a nightmare. I received the run around for over a month while they kept telling me they were going to replace the TV, then they were going to fix it, then the parts were back ordered, then they were going to replace it, now they've denied replacing it and they are going to fix, which still has yet to happen. Not to mention, the product seems to have issues just about the time the warranty expires. (11 months)
UPDATE: LG has since offered to buy the television back from me for the full sales price plus tax.
