Poor Product...Worse Customer Support

The Bottom Line:
Don't buy this product. Don't buy from this company.
Owned less than one year...same blue line at top and bottom of screen. In addition, faint yellow circles...from new showing up on dark scenes across screen.
Part replaced under warranty. Faint circles remain.
I lived with the faint yellow circles as I basically was at a loss.
Less than 8 months later a yellow tint appeared around the perimeter of the screen in a circular fashion.
I called customer support. The woman I talked to said to me that since it was not under warranty there was nothing they would do. When I asked her what she would do in my situation she stated "I would never have spent that much on a television", so I asked to speak to her supervisor. With much wrangling I was finally able to get the supervisors extension. Needless to say, I got her voice-mail. I left a message for her to get back to me...she never even made an attempt.
I have made many purchases of electronic equipment in my lifetime. I have had problems with some of them, and recognize that comes with the territory. But I have never been treated with such total disregard. This company is more than happy to take your money, but could care less about you after they do.
