We bought this 42 inch Zenith TV, Model # (NEVER AGAIN) from Best Buy for $2000.00. We have had nothing but problems with it since the first month. The problems are: the audio keeps going out, loud popping noises, loss of volume etc.
It has been in two different repair shops (both recommended by Zenith) all to no avail. It has spent more time in the shop than it has in my living room. Over a month ago, Zenith finally told their repairman that they would either replace it, or refund our money, we have heard nothing since.
Despite repeated phone calls to the Zenith "Customer Service" and Emails to "Customer Service" we can get no information from them other than "that's over in RA they will take care of it." We are not allowed to contact RA whatever or whoever that is. Meanwhile we have no television.
I bought this TV because I thought Zenith was a quality company. NOT SO!
The product is substandard and their customer service is worse than terrible. I would avoid Zenith and this product at all costs.
