this hu has great SQ! can easily tune the volume to 75 and still have no distortion. somethig that other head units lack. controls are easy to use and the only complant i had was that the right scroll that controls the song track is a little too sencitive. but u learn to adjust to it very quickly. built in CUSTOM crossover. u can adjust the highs, the mids, the lows, and ur subs. nothing is pre-set. but u can also pick one of the presets if u want to. this hu also has 5v preamp so u know ur amps will get a very clean sigle. this fact was one of the reasons i bought this product. this hu can also remember ur settings for each cd u use. when switching between my heavy metal cds to my hevy bass cds, the hu will readjust the presets to what i had them for a particular cd. good job eclipse. although i still cant find out if there is a clock on this head unit.
