A throwaway clock radio with lots of features

A small dual alarm clock radio with jumbo numbers,auto time set;easy for anyone to use.
Cons
Wish it had an automatic display dimmer.Malfunctioned after less than one year.

This review is for the Emerson model CKS 1862 which as far as i can tell is identical to the CKS 3020. i like its sleek,thin upright silver color and design. The jumbo 1.3 inch LED display is very easy to read. I especially like having the dual alarms,which can be set independently. There are daily alarm settings,weekly settings and weekend settings,all of which are appreciated features.
The sound quality is excellent. The set-up is as easy as it can get- just plug it in and it sets the time automatically.There is a lithium battery backup for power failures and a push-button month/date/year display.
Update- After less than a year, the radio,when used as an alarm, began to malfunction with the volume decreasing over time. As it would have cost me more $$ to repair it than what it cost new, I simply threw it away.
I purchased a SONY and have reviewed it seperately.
