Buzzer loudness is not adjustible

I like everything about this clock EXCEPT the lack of strength in the alarm buzzer. I slept right thought alarm 1 and woke to the 2nd alarm set to go off 30 minutes after the 1st one. The buzz is irritating but not loud and there is no way to increase the level. Epinions has a standard choice in noice and I had to choose "Tinny" as there was not a better option. I would NOT describe the buzz or wake to music as tinny. The wake to music sounded find. The music wake alarm could be adjusted from low to LOUD. The buzz alarm was not adjustible and was just not loud. Blah is more of a word than tinny. I am sending it back.
